I had been having problems getting back to driving my car. I had become anxious due to the stress I felt when the traffic was busy or fast or roadworks meant I had to change my route. A friend told me about getting therapy and recommended Leanne. I thought that being on my own I would prefer talking to a female therapist who could understand and I was right. From the start Leanne was a good listener, very professional and reassuring. I could see she really cared. I'm now back driving my car.

I had an incredible experience with Aloe Hypnotherapy. As a practitioner of Vipassana meditation, yoga, and breathwork, I was curious to see how hypnotherapy would compare — and I was genuinely blown away.

Leanne has such a calm, grounded presence — she radiates a natural healing energy that instantly puts you at ease. You can tell she’s deeply connected to the work she does, and that really amplifies the experience.

During the session, I reached a deep state of relaxation. My limbs became so light they felt almost weightless, and at one point, it was as though I had stepped outside of my body entirely. It was peaceful, grounding, and expansive all at once.

Afterwards, I felt a remarkable sense of clarity and focus — the mental fog I’d been carrying had completely lifted. It felt like I’d hit a reset button.

Whether you’re familiar with other mindfulness or somatic practices or totally new to it all, I can’t recommend Aloe Hypnotherapy enough. A truly transformative experience.
