After spending over 20 years in the fast-paced corporate world, juggling career and family, I found myself burnt out - battling imposter syndrome and crippling anxiety. Despite my experience, self-doubt slowly eroded my confidence and left me dreading each day.

I turned to hypnotherapy to help me with my own struggles, but in doing so it transformed my life and put me on a whole new path. I retrained as a solution-focused hypnotherapist to help others navigate their own challenges and rediscover their inner strength.

Today, alongside my work with a leading wellness company, I run Aloe Hypnotherapy to support individuals and organisations across the Fylde Coast and beyond.

My approach is gentle, evidence-based, and deeply empathetic. I believe in meeting people where they are, offering a safe and restorative space to reconnect with their strengths and move forward.
